See You Again, Iwata-san

For me, and I think many other gamers out there, I never met Nintendo President Satoru Iwata but his death this week hit me harder than I could have expected. The last couple of days saw an outpouring of support for Nintendo and all of the families involved. These are just some of the ways the community have shown their love for the late president.

From the YouTube channel, Slashwat Droid Punjabi, comes a strangely fitting but amazing and touching video of Iwata and the hit song, "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth. It will hit you, right in the feels.

Scroll down for fan art and even a playable Iwata!

Just a day after his death was made public, a rainbow broke through a cloudy afternoon atop the Nintendo building in Kyoto, Japan.

Dedicated fans hacked Balloon Fight, making Iwata a playable character.

See you again, Mr. Iwata.
